Bhavish is a medical student at the University of Sydney. Having come from a previous career in law, he is very comfortable in the humanities section of the GAMSAT and understands the experience of studying for and taking the exam. He enjoys tutoring students and looks forward to helping them improve their GAMSAT scores and achieve their goals.
Dimitri holds a PhD and 3 Engineering Degrees and works as an academic in UNSW and a professional tutor since 2011. Dimitri has helped over 200 private students of all levels improve their understanding in Physics, Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics and has been running university and GAMSAT courses since 2013. Additionally, Dimitri has extensive experience in helping students with exam and time management skills that are essential for GAMSAT success.
Emily is currently a medical student at the University of Western Australia. She completed a Bachelor of Music at the Jacobs School of Music, Indiana University (USA), where she studied violin, English, and French literature. She has taught violin and literature for many years, both in America and Australia. Since sitting her GAMSAT, she has also enjoyed tutoring and helping students prepare for this exam: it is a difficult exam but by no means insurmountable!
Ethan is a medical student at the University of Melbourne. He has sat the GAMSAT twice in March of 2023 and 2024, achieving S2 scores of 74 and 87 respectively, with first round offers from UniMelb, Monash and USYD. Ethan really enjoys and looks forward to sharing his experiences and approaches that helped him improve throughout his GAMSAT journey with aspiring medical students. Outside of studies, he likes to read and play tennis, as well as fall over in ice skating.
Haider is a dedicated tutor with a strong foundation in medical education and active learning techniques. As an MD student at Flinders Uni, he combines his understanding of the GAMSAT structure with practical strategies to help students excel. Haider emphasizes critical thinking and personalized guidance, ensuring his students build confidence in tackling complex problem-solving and reasoning tasks. With a passion for education and a focus on student growth, he strives to make the GAMSAT preparation journey both effective and engaging.
A medical student at the University of Melbourne, Janvi's interests span a multitude of subjects and genres. She majored in zoology with a specialization in reproductive physiology, and has spent years writing-- whether they're scientific reports, creative nonfiction, experimental prose, or comedy sets, Janvi knows a thing or two about building a written argument and making a point, or a punchline, no matter the topic.
Joseph sat the GAMSAT in March 2025, where he received a weighted score of 75 (98%ile), with the highest section being the Sciences (79). He is eager to pass on his knowledge and tips on Bio and Physics to other budding applicants. Joseph is a recent graduate of a Bachelor of Medical Science degree and is set to complete his Neuroscience Honours by the end of 2025. He is aiming for ANU as his first choice among GEMSAS schools. Outside his academic life, he enjoys reading, gardening, gaming, and has recently taken up golf as a hobby.
Kayley completed a Bachelor of Philosophy degree majoring in Biomedical Science with First Class Honours in Medical Research. She is now a Doctor of Medicine student at the University of Western Australia, having been accepted through the graduate entry pathway. Kayley continues to be involved with research at Perth Children's Hospital and with volunteering at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.
Khoa is a current Doctor of Medicine student at UWA. He has been tutoring since 2022 for VCE Chemistry and Biology and has a strong passion for helping his students succeed. When he's not studying or working, he enjoys going out on hikes, playing volleyball with friends, or just chilling at home cooking or jamming on the piano.
Letitia is a medical student at the University of Melbourne who likes to make chemistry and physics as un-intimidating as possible, with a touch of theatrical flair. She studied Biochemistry and Biophysics for her bachelor's degree. For fun, she likes to sing, dance and procrastinate with 1000-piece puzzles from her local op-shop.
Nick completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish in the United States. Throughout his degree he worked as an Undergraduate Assistant teaching classes, tutoring students, and developing course curriculum. Throughout university he also studied various Physics, Biology, and Calculus courses developing an interest in the sciences and he scored in the top 1% in section 3 of the GAMSAT. Nick currently works at the Women's and Children's Hospital as a Pharmacy Assistant and in his free time enjoys sport, exercise, and coffee.
Nicolau earned his degree in Biomolecular Physics in 2017 from the University of Sao Paulo in Sao Carlos, Brazil, and later completed his master's in the same field there in 2022. In 2023, he began his PhD at QUT, focusing on using biophysical techniques to study and understand cancer cell membranes. Along the way, he also enjoyed tutoring students preparing to begin their university journey. Outside of academia, Nicolau loves playing volleyball and cooking with friends.
Oscar is currently a medical student at Griffith University. He has a passion for all things science, the human body, music, and sport. His teaching philosophy is to bring out the best in all his students so that they can fulfill their goals and realize their potential. He scored in the top 2% of GAMSAT candidates overall and the top 0.05% of candidates in Section 3.
Patrick is a medical student at the University of Melbourne who completed a Bachelor of Biomedicine in Immunology. He achieved a Section III score of 100 on the GAMSAT. As a physics tutor, he assists students in understanding different perspectives on how to approach GAMSAT physics questions. Outside of physics, he is interested in cycling and badminton.
Rochelle is a current medical student at the University of Melbourne. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Monash University and is passionate about helping students achieve their best. Outside of study, she enjoys reading, swimming and spending time with friends.
Syed is a medical student with a interest in factors that can indicate good recovery for patients. He has research articles published and is looking for further research collaboration. In addition to GAMSAT tutoring experience he has experience teaching in the anatomy department of the medical school, tutoring the junior medical students so they can be assessed by the dissection examiners.
William has recently graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) (Honours) from University of Sydney and is currently working as a physiotherapist. He has more than 4 years of tutoring experience, teaching chemistry, biology and mathematics at a high school level. He hopes to impart his extensive knowledge base onto students to provide a wider understanding of the sciences sections of the GAMSAT.
