Art LOVES chemistry and hopes to share this passion with you. He has what it takes to teach you the skills to solve problems effectively and feel great doing it, whatever your goals with chemistry may be. He has been working as a tutor for a few years now, supporting his own studies in the Bachelor of Science (Advanced) at the University of Adelaide, sitting on a GPA of 6.87. He is working towards being a medical researcher. Someday, you and he will fight disease together!
Haider Changez is a dedicated tutor with a strong foundation in medical education and active learning techniques. As a second-year MD student, he combines his understanding of the GAMSAT structure with practical strategies to help students excel. Haider emphasizes critical thinking and personalized guidance, ensuring his students build confidence in tackling complex problem-solving and reasoning tasks. With a passion for education and a focus on student growth, he strives to make the GAMSAT preparation journey both effective and engaging.
Josipa is a medical student at Flinders University, SA. She has an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science also from Flinders University. Josipa has 5 years of experience in teaching sciences to undergraduate students, as well as tutoring students individually. Josipa’s passion for chemistry coupled with her highly developed interpersonal skills enable her to provide the best possible support for her students.
Liam is a current MD student at Flinders University and has an undergraduate degree in Medical Science. He enjoys tennis, running, music, and writing, and has maintained all of these throughout medical school. He has an interest in Child and Adolescent Health and hopes to pursue a career in these fields in the future.
Nick completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish in the United States. Throughout his degree he worked as an Undergraduate Assistant teaching classes, tutoring students, and developing course curriculum. Throughout university he also studied various Physics, Biology, and Calculus courses developing an interest in the sciences and he scored in the top 1% in section 3 of the GAMSAT. Nick currently works at the Women's and Children's Hospital as a Pharmacy Assistant and in his free time enjoys sport, exercise, and coffee.
Rebecca has completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Hons) from the University of Adelaide and is currently enrolled in the Flinders University Doctor of Medicine program. Rebecca tutors humanities at GradReady and she enjoys monologuing about Ancient Greece, Shakespeare, and why you shouldn't write about WWII in Section II.
Syed Wajih is a final year medical student with a interest in factors that can indicate good recovery for patients. He has research articles published and is looking for further research collaboration. In addition to GAMSAT tutoring experience he has experience teaching in the anatomy department of the medical school, tutoring the junior medical students so they can be assessed by the dissection examiners.
Amy graduated with a High Distinction B. Medical Science from the University of New South Wales, with First Class Honours. Currently, she is an MD student at the University of Queensland, balancing this with her passion for St John volunteering, badminton, and involvement in a medical, and surgical society. In addition, Amy enjoys teaching, exemplified by over 6 years of dedication to students ranging from year 3 to university, focusing on English, maths, biology, chemistry.
Bailey is an MD student at the University of Queensland with a solid foundation in research, particularly in critical care. Her background includes clinical research experience, where she developed skills in data analysis, experimental design, and clinical practice. She is passionate about bridging the gap between research and clinical practice to enhance patient outcomes in critical care settings. Her goal is to contribute to innovative solutions that improve the management of critically ill patients while continuing to advance her knowledge and skills in medicine.
Brandon completed his B. Psychological Science (First Class Honours) at The University of Queensland. He has accumulated various scholarly publications in peer-reviewed journals, was enrolled as a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) candidate (2020-2022), and is currently an MD student at Griffith University. He has many years experience as a tutor both privately and officially through the university, and is passionate about helping his students thrive.
Daniel studies medicine at UQ, having graduated with BBiomed (Hons) from University of Melbourne. He is an experienced high school and university tutor across science, maths and humanities disciplines, following his parents who are both high school teachers! Outside of medicine and tutoring, he is a passionate sports fan and pub trivia attendee.
Linn is a second year medical student at the University of Queensland, with a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science from Monash University. As a chemistry and biology tutor, she helps students tackle GAMSAT questions using a variety of strategies and provides effective exam taking techniques.
Lisa is a medical student at UQ. Before going into medicine, she completed a PhD in molecular biology. Lisa enjoys teaching, with 10 years’ experience teaching a variety of subjects to students of all backgrounds - with students ranging from primary school to university! Lisa scored 75 overall (99th percentile) in the GAMSAT.
Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland majoring in history with minors in both English literature and Classical Languages (Latin). He is currently enrolled in QUT’s LLB(Hons) program. He has tutored groups and individuals, both privately and for organisations since 2013. Nicholas has years of experience tutoring humanities and scored in the top 1% of students in GAMSAT section II, 2017.
Oscar is currently a medical student at Griffith University. He has a passion for all things science, the human body, music, and sport. His teaching philosophy is to bring out the best in all his students so that they can fulfill their goals and realize their potential. He scored in the top 2% of GAMSAT candidates overall and the top 0.05% of candidates in Section 3.
Pat is an experienced tutor with a passion for science and education. He's currently a medical student at the University of Queensland. With over five years of tutoring experience, he has dedicated 15-20 hours a week to helping students excel in various science subjects. He has scored in the top percentiles in recent GAMSAT sittings, so he understands the types of questions ACER asks and knows what is required to perform well. His teaching approach is tailored to each student's unique learning style and pace, creating a supportive and motivating learning environment.
Aisha is a lawyer and researcher based in Melbourne. Aisha holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of International Relations. She has practiced law in Australia and overseas and currently engages in academic research and works in the not for profit sector. Aisha is an experienced tutor, having tutored in law and humanities for over five years. Aisha brings a unique perspective to GAMSAT humanities tutoring, ensuring that students are able to develop essays that are well-structured, persuassive and engaging.
Angelo has graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Biomedical Science. He is currently studying a Doctor of Medicine at the same university. He likes to keep busy during his days off with rock-climbing and playing the drums. He has over 4 years of tutoring experience since he began his tertiary studies which includes tutoring maths, science, english and physics.
Hamzah is in his third year studying the Bachelor of Science. He is majoring in Human Structure and Function (anatomy), and has a keen interest in the biological sciences and humanities. He has drastically improved his GAMSAT score between sittings, and wishes to pass on his techniques to other students to help them improve their scores.
A medical student at the University of Melbourne, Janvi's interests span a multitude of subjects and genres. She majored in zoology with a specialization in reproductive physiology, and has spent years writing-- whether they're scientific reports, creative nonfiction, experimental prose, or comedy sets, Janvi knows a thing or two about building a written argument and making a point, or a punchline, no matter the topic.
Michael is a current MD student at the University of Melbourne and holds a dual bachelors of Science and Biomedical Science from the University of Queensland. He has tutored English, Maths and Sciences at a highschool and university level for many years and has research experience in the fields of Bioinformatics and Biochemistry. Michael scored a 99 for Section III of the GAMSAT in 2021.
Olivia is a current medical student. Prior to medicine she completed a Bachelor of Science and Graduate Diploma in Psychology at the University of Melbourne. She has tutored for several years and enjoys watching students not only reach their goals but become the best versions of themselves. She is a foodie and also loves exercising, reading and drawing.
Patrick is a medical student at the University of Melbourne who completed a Bachelor of Biomedicine in Immunology. He achieved a Section III score of 100 on the GAMSAT. As a physics tutor, he assists students in understanding different perspectives on how to approach GAMSAT physics questions. Outside of physics, he is interested in cycling and badminton.
Rochelle is a current medical student at the University of Melbourne. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Monash University and is passionate about helping students achieve their best. Outside of study, she enjoys reading, swimming and spending time with friends.
Saachin is a medical student at the University of Melbourne with a keen interest in chronic disease, mental health and public health policy. He completed a Bachelor of Science (Medical Science & Psychology) at the University of Sydney before med school. He truly believes that working hard and smart can seriously improve your GAMSAT scores. When he's not studying or working, you can usually find him having a boogie at a concert, catching some sun at a concert, or trying the next recommended banh mi on his list.
Timothy is a medical student in the University of Melbourne, who has been a part of GradReady since 2021 as a biology tutor and content developer. He achieved a GAMSAT score in the 98th percentile for section III and is passionate in teaching biology and physiology as well as help students achieve the best score they can. Outside of academics, he loves movies and TV, playing the piano, and sports including badminton, basketball, and weight lifting.
Yesha is currently studying medicine at Flinders University. She has previously completed an Honours degree in Psychology, a medical science degree focusing on Neurobiology at the University of Adelaide, and the first year of a Physics degree. Her personal interests include genetics, physiology, and neurobiology, though she enjoys most aspects of medicine, medical research, and clinical reasoning.
Bede is a second-year medical student at the University of Western Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology also from the University of Western Australia. He has a passion for writing and has tutored a range of subjects across multiple settings. Bede scored in the top 2% for GAMSAT in his sitting.
Emily is currently a medical student at the University of Western Australia. She completed a Bachelor of Music at the Jacobs School of Music, Indiana University (USA), where she studied violin, English, and French literature. She has taught violin and literature for many years, both in America and Australia. Since sitting her GAMSAT, she has also enjoyed tutoring and helping students prepare for this exam: it is a difficult exam but by no means insurmountable!
Kayley completed a Bachelor of Philosophy degree majoring in Biomedical Science with First Class Honours in Medical Research. She is now a Doctor of Medicine student at the University of Western Australia, having been accepted through the graduate entry pathway. Kayley continues to be involved with research at Perth Children's Hospital and with volunteering at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.
Khoa is a current Doctor of Medicine student at UWA. He has been tutoring since 2022 for VCE Chemistry and Biology and has a strong passion for helping his students succeed. When he's not studying or working, he enjoys going out on hikes, playing volleyball with friends, or just chilling at home cooking or jamming on the piano.
Robert is an MD student at UWA and completed a Bachelor of Science and Arts at Sydney University in 2009. He scored in the 96th percentile for the GAMSAT and has been tutoring biology for the past year. Spare time is something he only dreams about now that he is studying medicine and has a 4-year-old daughter, but he does enjoy cooking, helping his 4-year old push boundaries, and believing he still has a chance of playing in the NBA one day.
Bailey Thompson is currently a Doctor of Medicine (MD) candidate at the University of Sydney with undergraduate and postgraduate studies in medical and radiation physics. Bailey has had previous teaching experience tutoring and demonstrating Mathematics and Physics to a range of students and thoroughly enjoys teaching and the thrill of breaking down complex topics for his students. When not busy studying Bailey spends his time playing Tennis, following the AFL (Go Pies) and spending time with friends.
Bhavish is a medical student at the University of Sydney. Having come from a previous career in law, he is very comfortable in the humanities section of the GAMSAT and understands the experience of studying for and taking the exam. He enjoys tutoring students and looks forward to helping them improve their GAMSAT scores and achieve their goals.
Daniel is a dental student studying at the University of Sydney with an undergraduate background in Biomedical Science. Originally from Auckland, New Zealand, he has always had a keen interest in the health sciences and how new and emerging technologies can change the way people access healthcare.
Dimitri holds a PhD and 3 Engineering Degrees and works as an academic in UNSW and a professional tutor since 2011. Dimitri has helped over 200 private students of all levels improve their understanding in Physics, Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics and has been running university and GAMSAT courses since 2013. Additionally, Dimitri has extensive experience in helping students with exam and time management skills that are essential for GAMSAT success.
Glenn is a medical student at the University of Newcastle. He's from NSW and graduated in 2020 as the internal dux of his school. He scored in the 96th percentile in the UCAT and has been writing content for both the UCAT and GAMSAT for the last two years. In his spare time, he's volunteering with St John's Ambulance or playing the piano.
Haylee is currently a medical student at the University of Sydney. Prior to this she completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Monash University. Ishraque is a 22 year old male currently living in Sydney. He is in his first year of the Doctor of Medicine program in the University of Sydney. He has lived in various parts of Australia including Darwin and Hobart. He enjoys a variety of sports including badminton, boxing, bouldering and table tennis. Ishraque also enjoys learning and reading, from fiction to non-fiction.
Jasmine completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science majoring in Immunology, followed by a lab-based Honours in Follicular Lymphoma during which she was lucky enough to try out CRISPR on an animal model. She is currently a medical student at the University of Sydney and, in her spare time, enjoys reading, drawing and painting, and baking when she can!
Rosie is a poet, editor, and future physiotherapist. She relishes the challenge of combining her passions across multiple disciplines and holds dual degrees in Science and Arts from the University of New South Wales. Rosie pursued Honours in English literature during 2021, and her dissertation focussed on performance poetry as a unique form. Rosie has worked as a tutor since moving to Sydney in 2017 from regional Western Australia, and considers the analytical and critical reasoning skills she has obtained from studies in philosophy and literature to be an excellent supplement to STEM subjects.
Tawhid is an organized and passionate tutor with vast experience in teaching large, small, online, young, and mature aged students. Tawhid has tutored mathematics, GAMSAT, and entrance examinations for 4 years now, both privately and for tutoring companies. He prides himself in his social battery, extroversion, and passion for teaching.
