Have you included in your application the following items?

1. Resume (2 referees)

2. Cover Letter

3. Your ATAR/high school score percentile. If you went to high school in Australia, then you have an ATAR equivalent that compares your performance to that of your Year 12 peers. Please make sure that you have put this number in the ATAR field. If you are a domestic student and do not put in your ATAR, your application will be discarded. Although we are not looking for astronomically high ATAR scores and it is by no means the only thing we consider, your ATAR will play a part in informing us of your attitude towards work and your habits.

Please name your attachments in the following format. Note to include the title number of this application form in your attachments.

Section I: Culture Fit

Following are questions that give you a flavour of how we work at GradReady. If the following values speak to you, then you will love working at GradReady and really connect with the people, mission and value systems here. So we encourage you to be honest to yourself in thinking through these questions.

You do NOT need to answer any of the Section I questions in this application form. These questions exist primarily for you to self assess your fit with the company. We may explore some of these questions in more detail in the interview stage, should your application progress.

1. We like to focus on solutions rather than assigning blame. When something does not go according to expectations, we encourage everyone to always focus on what you can do better yourself next time, as opposed to getting to the bottom of who is "more in the wrong". Think back to the last time when you honestly believed that the bulk of the fault laid with the other party, but you had to focus on what you can do better yourself, as opposed to ensuring that the other party "understood your point of view". How did you feel?

2. Do you get upset at yourself when you felt you have not done as good of a job as you could have?

3. Would you say that you NEED to be regularly around people to be properly stimulated and be effective? At GradReady, most of the work is done remotely. We work together physically 1 day/week in Melbourne. We use these working hours for issues that we cannot resolve via voice messages or video chats and for general team bonding. You have the option (if in Melbourne) of coming in on more than 1 day a week if your home working environment is not ideal. However, most of the staff will not be physically present.

4. When you see something that you think can be better done, do you find yourself MOTIVATED to do something about it? Or do you find such thoughts fleeting and there is always a reason why you cannot do anything about it?

5. How do you feel when you miss deadlines? Do you have a HABIT of thinking about what you can do differently the next time? Or do you often feel that missed deadlines are due to events beyond your control and thinking too much about it does not help?

To repeat above, you do NOT need to answer Section I questions in the application form.

Section II: First Round Questions

Please answer all questions in this section within in the application form. Number your responses appropriately.

1. Have you had experience with managing staff to achieve a certain deliverable/budgeting? For each, please detail briefly and include length of experience.

2. Have you had experience with at least one of digital marketing/other quantitative analysis heavy functions, software project management/development, UX/UI design, marketing/sales strategy. For each, please detail briefly and include length of experience.

3. Many of us have a tendency to take on a lot of work and try our best to manage everything. However, sometimes we realise that we have taken on too much, despite our best intentions. Have you ever done so? If yes, what did you do once the deadline was approaching?

4. How do you stay organised personally and make sure that you don't miss things/complete tasks on time?

5. How many years of full time work experience do you have?
